Project Overview

The Maritime College Archives and Special Collections will collect documents and accept donations created by faculty, staff, and students of Maritime College to be included in the "Documenting COVID-19 Experiences at SUNY Maritime College" archival collection. The goal of this collection is to collect important events and experiences of Maritime College history and provide current and future researchers insight into the unique experiences and challenges faced by the campus community.

These materials will be made available through our physical and digital collections. Please visit the Maritime College Archives and Special Collections finding aids (guides to collections), digital collections website, and our physical collections in the Luce Library (by appointment only). Email the library at library@sunymaritime.edu to make an appointment to visit the Archives and Special Collections and read the latest policy on using the archival materials during COVID-19.
