Faculty Resources: SUNYShare

Guide to help faculty

SUNYShare Lending Policies

SUNYShare allows SUNY students, faculty, and staff to borrow items from over 63 SUNY campuses and partner colleges. Alumni and guest borrowers do not have SUNYShare borrowing privileges.

Borrowers assume financial responsibility for borrowed items which are lost, damaged, or late.

Failure to pay any fines, fees, or charges will result in a block being placed on the borrower’s library record. Additionally, if the borrower is a student, a charge will be posted against a student’s account . Unpaid fees will result in the withholding of transcripts and/or the inability to register for classes. Charges must be paid at the bursar's office. The library does not accept payment in any form.
