Troubleshooting

Having trouble with one of the library's resources? Please follow the steps below:

  1. If you are using a library subscription database, make sure you are entering through the A-Z Database list to ensure you are logged into SUNY Maritime. If you are trying to access a specific journal by title, search for it in the Journal Finder.
  2. If your SUNY Maritime credentials are not valid, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
  3. If you are continuing to have trouble, try opening a private or incognito browser and repeat step 1.
  4. If none of the above solves your problem, please take a screenshot of the error message, and email it to library@sunymaritime.edu. Please include whether you were trying on-campus or off-campus.
